  Awful. We called in a Togo order and was told 30 minutes. An hr later it was sitting on the counter waiting for us since they didn't call our name. Furthermore, the Mrs. Robinson in our opinion was inedible. We live garlic, but garlic cloves chopped into thirds and thrown all over was incredibly overpowering. Barely any cheese so you could see patches of marinara, and a couple pieces of basil. Like maybe on two pieces on an entire large pizza. And it just wasn't good. We also got the south pacific, and it just wasn't good pizza. I'd order pizza factory any day over pizza barn. And it felt like a rip off. 41 bucks for a pizza that was terrible, and one that was eh, okay. And the customer service wasn't pleasing.

  Terrible customer service. Everything was an issue for the staff. I paid $41 for me and my daughter to have pizza and two sodas. We waited for an hour for one pizza, but never received it. More terrible customer service and a large dog hanging out in the kitchen. The ice tasted moldy. I Requested a refund for the pizza that we were still waiting for, but that too was an issue, so I requested the pizza go to a stranger when it was finally ready to be served. This is, By far, the worst Place to eat in Northern Nevada. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  It takes a bit longer to get your food than the chain places, but it's worth the wait. Good selection of beer too. Salad bar is a bit sparse for the price, but you should be there for the pizza anyway.
